Use this self-service tool to change the date/time of your tickets online. Insert one of the ticket numbers from the order you would like to change below. In most cases this number starts with prefix 77.
When you’ve sent your request, you will receive an e-mail with a link that will allow you to choose a new date/time. This changes the date/time for all the tickets in your order. You will receive the new tickets via e-mail.
